SaviDog LLC Cancellation Policy: Dog walking & Drop ins 
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in keeping our schedule running smoothly. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
Regular Clients (Weekly/Monthly Bookings):
  • Same-Day Cancellations (less than 12 hours' notice): Full price of the scheduled service will be charged.
  • 12-24 Hours' Notice: 50% of the service fee will be charged.
  • 48+ Hours' Notice: No charge; cancellations made in advance will not incur a fee.
Vacation Clients (Select Days, Not on a Recurring Schedule):
  • Cancellations Less Than 1 Week in Advance: Full price of the scheduled service will be charged.
  • 1 Week in Advance: 50% of the service fee will be charged.
  • 2 Weeks in Advance: 40% of the service fee will be charged.
  • 3+ Weeks in Advance: No charge; cancellations made at least three weeks ahead will not incur a fee.
Disclaimers:
  • All cancellation fees will be charged to the payment method on file or included in the next invoice.
  • Exceptions may be made for emergencies on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us as soon as possible.
  • Frequent cancellations may impact future scheduling availability.
  • SaviDog LLC sitters and walkers may use their phones during visits and stays. As part of our work, we utilize our phones to manage schedules, communicate with clients, provide updates, and handle business operations. Rest assured, your pet’s care and safety remain our top priority.
  • By booking services with SaviDog LLC, you agree to this cancellation policy.

SaviDog LLC House-Sitting Policy
  • Booking & Cancellation: A 60% non-refundable deposit is required for house-sitting services. Cancellations made within two weeks of the start date are non-refundable.
  • Care Schedule: House-sitting is not 24-hour care. Our sitters are full-time professionals with other client visits throughout the day. The schedule will be discussed during the meet-and-greet and finalized one week before the start date.
  • Start Time: House-sitting begins at 4 PM on the first day of service.
  • Daily Routine: If the sitter has been away from your home and pet for 4-6 hours, we provide one complimentary 30-minute drop-in visit or walk per day of the house sit.
  • Last Day Policy: Services required after 3 PM on the last day will incur an additional night’s charge.
  • Nightly Routine: Sitters must return to the home by 10 PM each night to complete the evening routine and ensure your pet’s needs are met.
  • Camera Policy: We respect your decision to use home security cameras; however, they must not be active in the areas where our sitters sleep or in bathrooms to maintain privacy.
  • Medical Disclaimer: If your dog requires medication or has medical concerns, this must be discussed with the sitter prior to booking to ensure proper care.
SaviDog LLC Weather Policy & Business Closures General Policy At SaviDog LLC, the safety of your pets and our team is our top priority. We strive to provide reliable dog walking and pet sitting services, but extreme weather conditions may require schedule adjustments or cancellations. Inclement Weather Guidelines Extreme Cold & Heat
  • Cold Weather (Below 20°F / Wind Chill Advisory)
    • Walks may be shortened for your pet’s safety.
    • Paw protection and coats may be required for certain breeds.
    • Indoor play and enrichment activities will be provided instead.
  • Hot Weather (Above 85°F / Heat Advisory)
    • Walks will be adjusted for safety (shortened or replaced with indoor play).
    • Extra water breaks and shade/rest periods will be incorporated.
    • High-risk breeds (brachycephalic breeds, seniors, puppies) may have modified services.
Severe Weather & Emergency Closures SaviDog LLC reserves the right to cancel or modify services due to hazardous conditions, including but not limited to:
  • Heavy Snow/Ice Storms (unsafe driving or walking conditions)
  • Hurricanes, Tornado Warnings, or Severe Thunderstorms
  • Flash Flooding or Extreme Wind Conditions
If local authorities issue a travel ban or state of emergency, SaviDog LLC will cancel services until conditions improve. Business Closures & Notifications
  • If we must cancel or reschedule due to severe weather, we will notify you via text, email, or our client portal as soon as possible.
  • If we are unable to travel but you are home, you may request a reschedule.
  • If the weather deteriorates during a visit, we will prioritize safety and may adjust service accordingly.
Client Responsibility
  • Winter: Ensure a clear path to your home, including shoveling steps and walkways.
  • Summer: Provide access to fresh water and shaded areas if applicable.
  • Alternative Arrangements: If your pet requires care during a shutdown, please have an emergency contact available.
Rain Cancellation Policy
At SaviDog LLC, we walk dogs rain or shine! However, if your job cancels you due to rain and you no longer need our services, we will waive our same-day cancellation fee.
Please note the following:
  • If rain is in the forecast, we will assume you are canceling unless you notify us in advance that you still need service.
  • If the weather clears up and you are called back into work, we cannot guarantee availability at your original time slot or that we will be able to add you back into our schedule that day.
  • Last-minute rescheduling due to weather is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
SaviDog LLC Holiday Pricing, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Holiday Pricing
SaviDog LLC offers competitive holiday rates, which may vary depending on the specific holiday or holiday weekend. Pricing reflects increased demand and the premium care provided during these peak times. Clients will receive a confirmed rate at the time of booking.
Holiday Cancellation Policy
All holiday bookings—including dog walking, drop-ins, and house sitting—are non-refundable once confirmed. This policy ensures our availability during high-demand periods.
Rescheduling Option
If you need to reschedule a holiday booking:
  • Requests made at least 1 week before the service start date may be credited toward a future booking (subject to availability).
  • Rescheduling requests made less than 1 week before the service start date will be handled on a case-by-case basis but are not guaranteed.

SaviDog LLC - Geriatric Dog Walking & Pet Sitting Liability Waiver
Acknowledgment of Risks I, the undersigned, acknowledge that I am hiring SaviDog LLC for dog walking and/or pet sitting services for my geriatric pet, which may have specific health and mobility challenges. I understand that as pets age, they may be more susceptible to health risks, including but not limited to injury, exhaustion, and medical emergencies.
I understand and acknowledge that SaviDog LLC will take all reasonable precautions to ensure the well-being of my pet. However, I accept the risks associated with walking, sitting, or exercising my geriatric dog, including but not limited to:
  • Falls, injury, or strain during walks or play
  • Difficulty with mobility or balance
  • Heart or respiratory issues exacerbated by physical exertion
  • Unexpected medical emergencies that may arise
  • Any behavior or medical issue that may arise due to my pet’s age or condition
Pet’s Health and Medical Information I confirm that my geriatric pet has been evaluated by a veterinarian and is deemed fit for walking and/or pet sitting. I understand that SaviDog LLC will rely on the information I provide regarding my pet’s health and needs, and it is my responsibility to update SaviDog LLC with any changes to my pet’s health.
Emergency Procedures In case of an emergency, I authorize SaviDog LLC to seek veterinary care for my pet at the nearest available clinic. I will be responsible for any costs incurred for such care.
Liability Waiver I, the undersigned, release SaviDog LLC, its employees, contractors, and agents from any and all liability for any injury, illness, or damages incurred by my pet while under their care, except for those arising from negligence or intentional misconduct. I understand that by signing this agreement, I am assuming full responsibility for my pet's actions, health, and well-being during the duration of the dog walking or pet sitting service.
