How it works
Start by signing up online or reaching out to us directly to express interest in our vet and grooming transport service.
Before scheduling any transport, we require a complimentary Meet & Greet. This allows us to:
✔️ Learn about your pet’s temperament and travel history.
✔️ Discuss any special needs, such as anxiety, car sickness, or mobility concerns.
✔️ Go over our transport policies and answer any questions.
During the Meet & Greet, we will conduct a short, supervised trial ride to assess your pet’s comfort in the car. This is a crucial step to ensure:
- Your dog can safely and calmly ride in a secured area of the vehicle.
- They do not exhibit excessive stress, panic, or aggressive behavior.
- They are comfortable with ventilation, vehicle movement, and any necessary restraints (seat belts, crates, etc.).
If we determine that your pet is not comfortable during the trial ride, we may decline service for their safety. We always prioritize a stress-free experience over forcing an uncomfortable or unsafe situation.
Once we ensure your pet is comfortable with transport, we will finalize your booking for vet or grooming drop-offs and pick-ups.
Important Service Policies
Selective Service – Not all pets will be eligible for transport. We reserve the right to decline transport if your pet shows signs of extreme distress, aggression, or unsafe behavior in the car.
Prepayment Required – We do NOT handle any payments for vet or grooming services. All payments must be made in advance, or a payment method must be on file with the service provider.
Safety First – Pets will be transported in a safe, secure manner using harnesses, crates, or seat belts when necessary.
