Hi, my name is Savannah Bittner. I am the owner of SaviDog LLC. My story began 7 years ago, I was playing college softball. I was looking for a part-time job that could accommodate my school and softball schedule. I started on a dog walking app and continue to grow and grow. Then, I finally decided to do it on my own… Right when I did the state filing for my LLC, Coronavirus hit and as we all know it the world shut down and everything had came to a pause.

In November 2021, I finalized everything with the state for SaviDog LLC. Now, we are at three full-time walkers/sitters, a social media manager, and part time girls that work during big holiday seasons and in the summer. I am so blessed to have this opportunity to have most people’s “dream job”. My biggest priority in the business even when I first started is the care and love that we give each pet. I’m excited for the all future opportunities that are coming & that will make SaviDog (one day) a household name.

I truly love all animals yet dogs have always had the most special place in my heart. Growing up as an only child all my pets were my bestest friends. My first dog I ever had was a Chesapeake Bay Retriever named Cedar. She was my dad’s hunting dog and won in numerous shows. Our family dog, Cuddlebutt, was an American Cocker Spaniel who loved life and food as much as she loved people. Later, in Cuddles’ life she became an emotional support service dog when I went to college. She was apart of the Camden County College softball team! Right before the pandemic, I rescued my first dog, Kayla, who is a Husky/Border Collie mix. I adopted her when she was almost 6 years old! Kayladogg is turning 11 years old in June and she is my big baby. I swear if she was a person she would be a contestant on American Idol! She loves to sing though she does get stage fright. Close to six months, after I got Kayla, I made the decision to get my first kitten ever, Angelo. I am such a dog person but man oh man this little kitty man has my heart!! So happy to be a dog and kitty mom!

In my spare time, I love hanging out with my own dog and cat, they are the loves of my life. My friends mean everything to me, I love getting to spend time with them whether it’s going out & getting dressed up or chilling at home. Cooking is one of my favorite things to do and it’s probably one of the best things I’ve learned from my mom.

My ultimate dream is to own a dog friendly coffee shop with multiple arenas such as a lounge, open mics for our future poets & songbirds, a conference room for our business men & women, a dog training facility room for our collaborators at SaviDog, a youth art gallery with Wednesday night paint class and dinner, and a yoga studio for us pet parents to relax & unwind. Sounds a little scattered brain but I swear it’s a good idea. You know what also is a good idea? Choosing us to be your fur child’s new bestie for the restie!
